Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

The short version: your files never leave your browser and are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. The only personal information we ever have is the email address Stripe collects when you make a payment, and we don't use it for anything except verifying that payment.

What we don't collect

The CSV/spreadsheet data you upload to clean, deduplicate, or merge never leaves your browser. It is processed entirely on your device using JavaScript. We have no server that receives, stores, or has any access to your files. Closing the browser tab discards everything.

What we do collect

How we use your email

Solely to verify a payment, either at the moment of purchase or later if you need to restore access on a different browser. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell, share, or otherwise use your email for any other purpose.

Your unlock status

Whether you've paid is remembered locally in your own browser (using a technology called localStorage), not on our servers. This means it's tied to that specific browser, and won't automatically carry over if you switch devices or clear your browser data, that's what the recovery feature is for.

Third parties

We use Stripe to process payments and Cloudflare to host this site. Both are established, reputable providers with their own privacy policies governing the data they handle.

Requesting deletion of your data

Since we don't maintain our own database of your information, most of what exists about you lives in Stripe's records as the payment processor. If you'd like your payment/email records removed from Stripe's system on our end, or have any other privacy question, contact us and we'll help.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
