Why this catches duplicates other tools miss
Excel's built-in "Remove Duplicates" only matches exact text. This tool also catches the messy real-world versions of duplicates:
- "John@Email.com" and "john@email.com " are recognized as the same entry
- Extra spaces, inconsistent capitalization, and stray whitespace are normalized before comparing
- Blank rows are removed automatically
